40 Years Experience On Your Side

Do I need a will?  If you have no property, no stocks, bonds or other securities, and no concerns about what happens to your property upon your death, the answer is probably no.  People who own real estate, who have accumulated savings and investments over the years, who want to ensure that it gets passed on to a spouse and children (or other beneficiaries) need a will.  If you have been recently divorced, had or adopted a child, the Will you thought you had may, by law, be revoked. This does not have to be a complicated process in smaller estates and is not expensive.

Whatever your situation may be, having a will in place at the time of your death ensures your estate, no matter the size, is distributed according to your wishes. Having a valid will in place will make the lives of your loved ones much easier and will prevent any questions pertaining to your last wishes. Give me a call and let's discuss your situation today.
